I looked at the existing website for the GCM PTSA from 2010/2011 (my first year as a Marshall parent). I read about the intent, specifically these qualities:
- linking the community virtually
- effective communication
- dynamic environment for discussion
- allowing for comments and ideas from the PTSA membership
- collaboration
