Forms and Payment

Have setup the PTSA's new Paypal account with our Treasurer, Margaret Walter. Added a donation button on the home page.

Created a Volunteer form to let Janet Robinson save a few trees by not using paper forms going forward.

Have combined the website signup and PTSA into one form to fill out, with a button to click on the home page to pay dues (before or after).

Working up the new GCM PTSA website design

I looked at the existing website for the GCM PTSA from 2010/2011 (my first year as a Marshall parent). I read about the intent, specifically these qualities:
  • linking the community virtually
  • effective communication
  • dynamic environment for discussion
  • allowing for comments and ideas from the PTSA membership
  • collaboration
