    Homecoming Assistance Needed!!!

    The Class of 2014 is responsible for this year's Homecoming dance. We need parents able to help before, during and after! Sign-up can be found at:

    Food/Volunteer at the Cafe: http://www.SignUpGenius.com/go/90404...238-homecoming.

    **** Volunteer to Sell Tickets at Lunch: We need volunteers willing to sell Homecoming tickets during all three lunches from September 19-28. You will be paired up with students selling tickets at that time.

    ****Decorate on Saturday, September 29th! We will need parent volunteers interested in working with the students to create a fabulous homecoming atmosphere. The theme is "The Olympics".

    ****Stage Crew Needed! Parent Volunteers able to supervise student crews setting up and taking down lights, drapes, signage and electricity before and after the dance. A parent volunteer meeting will be held sometime the week prior to Homecoming in the gym for these volunteers to understand the requirements/plan.


    ****Donate any Olympic-themed decorations to assist with the transformation. The students are developing the decoration theme on a budget. If you have any fun Olympic or London themed items, please let your class reps know if you are willing to donate them for the evening.

    ****Volunteer to help in or donate refreshments for the Homecoming Café! We will be serving drinks (water and punch) and very light finger foods for the students to enjoy when they take a break from dancing! We also need parents to set-up, monitor the food and distribute drinks.
