    the steps parents can take to make sure their child succeeds. National expert and Harvard
    professor Dr. Ronald Ferguson will keynote the event and share his latest research on
    parent involvement. Following the keynote presentation, three breakout sessions will give attendees immediate practical skills:

    • Family Involvement Strategies for Busy Parents
    • Motivating Students to Succeed through Home Support for Learning
    • Continuing the Conversation with Ron Ferguson

    Twenty table exhibits will feature FCPS resources and services, including career academies,
