Dear Freshman Class Parents,
Thank you for volunteering your services and support to the outstanding Freshman Class! Pierce Bello, exceptional faculty member, and I are excited about the opportunity to plan and work side-by-side with you right through graduation at DAR Constitution Hall.
Our first major event this year is hosting a Burrito Breakfast in the school courtyard on Friday, October 26 for over 400 hungry freshman students. This event marks the conclusion of highly successful Freshman Transition Program spearheaded by our wonderful school counselor Gina Fajardo! Please show your support by attending this event Friday morning from 8:30 am – 9:30 am.
We will kindly accept bottled water, fresh fruit trays, hot sauce, and paper products. You may bring your donations the morning of or you may drop off your donations in the Academy Office the day before. We will provide refrigeration. If you are unable to attend and wish to contribute a monetary check to the GCM Freshman Class 2016, we will gladly accept your generous donation.
Gina, Pierce, school counselors, teacher mentors, and I are all looking forward to enjoying this special event with you and your son or daughter! Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. Enjoy your weekend and see you on Friday, October 26th! JEFF
